Refund & cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid training with Web Valley Core: RSI Foundations Studio, Momentum Interpretation Lab, and Private Chart Clinic. It does not cover physical product shipments or subscription software — we do not sell those.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when a confirmed session is cancelled within the timeframes below, or when we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative. Informational website pricing is not a charge; refunds apply only to fees you have actually paid toward a confirmed booking.

Timeframe

• Full refund: written cancellation received at least 7 days before the scheduled start.
• Partial refund (50%): cancellation between 6 days and 48 hours before start.
• No refund: cancellation inside 48 hours, no-shows, or departure after a session has begun.

Deposits

Some clinics require a deposit to hold the slot. Deposits are applied to the session fee. Deposits are refundable under the same timeframes as full fees unless the confirmation email states a non-refundable deposit for custom preparation already started.

Non-refundable items

• Printed materials already produced specifically for your private clinic after you approved the brief
• Completed sessions or portions already delivered
• Administrative card or transfer fees charged by your bank (outside our control)

Work already started

If we have prepared annotated charts for a private clinic at your request and you cancel inside the partial-refund window, we may retain a preparation fee equal to up to 30% of the clinic price to cover that work. Any remainder follows the partial-refund rule.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Further reschedules may be treated as a cancellation under the timeframes above.

Our cancellations

If we cancel due to illness, venue issues, or insufficient group size, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date.

Refund process & timing

Email hello@webvalleycore.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

No-shows

Missing a session without notice forfeits the fee for that session. We may offer a discretionary catch-up worksheet, but not a refund.
